returns

If an item is not as described upon purchase, we can accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Due to the nature of vintage, we cannot except returns for items that have been damaged upon wear. Some of the items we have in store are antique and can be extremely fragile. Please note that vintage must be handled with care and it is not always certain how well they will wear after purchasing. Buyers purchase at their own risk.

store exchange

So long as an item is not damaged after purchase, we offer in store credit if you find the item is not for you. Items must be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. After this time items can no longer be exchanged or returned. Store credit will be applied to a physical gift card. Store credit/exchange only applies to items bought in our physical store.

Please remember that all items are vintage and may show signs of age or wear. We do our best to describe and photograph all flaws, but small imperfections are part of the charm and history of vintage clothing.
