Hi, I’m Laura. I started Friday Vintage at my local market (Ouseburn), before taking the plunge into opening a bricks and mortar store in Newcastle city centre just less than a year later. Two years from first opening our doors, I am proud to call Friday Vintage an award winning clothing boutique, taking the accolade of best vintage store in the Preloved Awards 2023.

All our items in store are handpicked by either myself, my partner Nick or our concessions. We stock a wide range of eras, from the Edwardian period to Y2K. Our aim is to offer timeless treasures whilst still incorporating modern trend cycles. We make a concerted effort to offer a fair and inclusive price range, with items starting from £2, with rarer or designer pieces going for more competitive prices. Size wise, it can be hard for vintage sellers to consistently stock a fair sizing range, though we make a concerted effort to stock as wide a sizing range as possible, sizes often ranging from XS to XL. We are proud to be bringing some of the best vintage we can find to the north!
